Volunteer
Volunteering at for your congregation can help you feel it is truly your community. People usually find that making connections with others and contributing in some way makes membership more meaningful.
If you’d like to volunteer for your church community, please contact our membership coordinator.
Beverage Service
If you prefer to help behind the scenes, helping to make, set up, and clean up the coffee and snacks after each Sunday service is a great way to get involved.
Building and Grounds
If you have skills to maintain the physical environment of the church, maintenance help is always welcome.
Congregational Care Team and Helpers
The CCT is an excellent place to get to know fellow congregants while acting in a compassionate, supportive way to those in distress.
Flowers for Sunday Services
If you have a special occasion or person to honor, consider bringing flowers for Sunday services.
Music and Choir
If you love to sing or play an instrument, consider joining the choir, helping to lead hymns in services, or play an instrument in the sanctuary band. The choir is open to new singers at any time. Instrumentalists and hymn leaders may join on an invited basis.
Religious Education Teachers
We have a small but mighty roster of teachers and advisers for religious education, but we always need more help. Are you that special someone who will add new energy and a fresh perspective to a teaching team this year?
Treehouse (Sanctuary A/V system)
If you have experience running a soundboard (or are willing to learn), we welcome volunteers to help run the sound booth on Sunday morning.
Ushering
Do you love meeting new people and making them feel welcome? Ushers hand out orders of service, collect the offering, and help guests and visitors as they enter the sanctuary.
Welcome Table
The greeters at the Welcome Table are the first faces a visitor sees when they attend church for the first time. Welcome Table volunteers hand out literature about the church, and invite visitors to sign up to receive emails and communication from the church.
