Whether you are a newcomer or a longtime member, whether you are interested in probing life’s most persistent questions or finding out what others think about today’s issues, whether you want to deepen your understanding of Unitarian Universalism or experience our principles and values in action, we have something for you here.

The Unitarian Church of Baton Rouge offers discussion groups, classes, and workshops that encourage life-long spiritual and ethical growth. These are free and open to the public. Our learning opportunities may be in-person or online, and may be a single session or a continuing series. New classes and updates are announced on our News page, and in our email newsletter.

We believe that we are always learning, always growing. Come join us!

Branches Small Group Ministry

Branches is UCBR’s primary small group ministry, and began as an offshoot of the Roots introductory class. Branches groups provide a way for newcomers to feel a sense of belonging to the congregation, and help long-time church members to deepen their relationship to the church. Learn more about Branches here.
