December Classes: Middle Hour for Adults

Throughout December, three different tracks of classes will be offered for adults each Sunday during Middle Hour from 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Room 5 – Faith in Practice – Need more engagement and connection this Advent season? Join our Director of Family Ministries for spiritual practices, rituals, music and activities centering Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love. We’ll explore simple activities that you can carry with you into your everyday life.

Room 6 – Faith in Exploration – Start the month off on Dec. 1 with the Minister Meet & Greet. The next three Sundays will cover the three-part series “Intro to our Faith” which takes a look at the history and ideas of Unitarian Universalism. Come to one, two or all three sessions.

Room 7 – Faith in Action – This space is always reserved for our Social Justice Team and its subteams that focus on voting, reproductive justice, education and climate. Drop in any week to hear what each team is working on and how you can get involved.

The final Middle Hour of the month on Dec. 29 will include a Kwanzaa-themed potluck brunch in the Fellowship Hall.
