Throughout December, three different tracks of classes will be offered for adults each Sunday during Middle Hour from 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Room 5 – Faith in Practice – Check out PSTT! Parenting Support in Tumultuous Times. How do you answer kids’ questions? How do you help them stay stable and find joy? Discuss how to parent in a world that feels overwhelming. (This group will not meet on Dec. 28.)

Room 6 – Faith in Exploration – Start the month on Dec. 7 with our monthly Minister Meet and Greet. On Dec. 14 and 21, stop by to try out a Branches Sampler to see what the program is like. Branches is UCBR’s small group ministry, with over 150 church members participating. This long-standing program provides a way for newcomers to feel a sense of belonging to the congregation and help long-time church members to deepen their relationship to the church. (This session will not be held on Dec. 28.)

Room 1 – Faith in Action – (Note the move to Room 1.) This space is always reserved for our Social Justice Team and its subteams. Their rotating schedule features the subteam on climate on the first Sunday of each month, the subteam on voting on the second Sunday, the overall Social Justice Team meeting on the third Sunday and the reproductive justice subteam on the fourth Sunday.

On the last Sunday of the month, Dec. 28, we’ll hold a Family Ministry Potluck and everyone is welcome to bring food to share and join us for a final meal together for 2025.
