Wondering how to cast your vote for calling our new senior minister? Please be sure to attend the congregational meeting on Sunday, November 22, 2020, which will convene at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.

We will be voting “Yes” or “No” on the question of calling Rev. Nathan Ryan as our new senior minister. You will be able to vote online during the meeting. Proxies will not be permitted for this vote.

For those households with more than one member attending, we suggest you each log in with your own name on separate devices. If this is not possible, then one member should vote online and the other(s) should each put a private message to Allison Hall in the Zoom chat identifying yourself and whether you wish to vote yes or no.

If you cannot participate via Zoom, please contact the church office no later than Friday, November 20, 2020 and we will arrange to record your vote.

Your board reminds you that this vote is not a referendum on the search process that we have followed. We are voting only on calling Rev. Nathan Ryan, whom your Search Committee is presenting as the candidate for our next senior minister.
