Join Us for Holy Week at UCBR

Holy Week is a time of reflection, community and renewal, and we invite you to experience it with us. From Palm Sunday to the quiet reflection of Tenebrae and the celebration of Easter morning, there are many ways to gather and connect.

Palm Sunday – Sunday, March 29 – 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.: Rev. Nathan Ryan will be in the pulpit with a sermon titled “A Table Flipping Good Time.” As we begin Holy Week, we’ll explore a story that is anything but quiet. The 9 a.m. service will stream live at UCBR YouTube Channel

Tenebrae Service – Thursday, April 2 – 7 p.m.: Join us for this somber and moving evening service as we tell the story of Jesus’s death through readings, music and the gradual extinguishing of light. You are welcome to join us in the sanctuary or watch from home. The service will stream live at UCBR YouTube Channel

Easter Sunday – Sunday, April 5 – 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.: Celebrate the joy and renewal of Easter with us in worship. The 9 a.m. service will stream live at UCBR YouTube Channel

Easter Party & Potluck Brunch – 10:15–11:15 a.m. (Middle Hour): Between the April 5 services, join us for a morning full of connection and fun for all ages:

  • Egg hunt, crafts and activities for every-bunny
  • Family Ministries Potluck Brunch in the Fellowship Hall

Bring your favorite dish and gather with us — make new friends, reconnect with old ones and build community together. Come for one, come for both … the more, the merrier!

However you choose to participate — whether in person or online — you are welcome here. We hope you’ll join us for this week of meaning, connection and celebration.
