Throughout July, three different tracks of classes will be offered for adults each Sunday during Middle Hour from 10:15-11:15 a.m.
Room 5 – Faith in Practice – Check out Art and Storytelling in Tumultuous Times. Join Leslie Grover to share the journey of chronicling our stories through art. Supplies will be provided though you are welcome to bring your own.
Room 6 – Faith in Exploration – The month starts as each month does – with a Minister Meet and Greet on July 6. After that, we’ll dive into a three-part series titled “Introduction to Our Faith.” This will include the background of the Unitarian Church of Baton Rouge. What do we worship and teach? Who makes things happen? Who we’ve been, who we are, and how you can be a part of us. Come to one, two or all three.
Room 7 – Faith in Action – This space is always reserved for our Social Justice Team and its subteams that focus on voting, reproductive justice, education and climate. Drop in any week to hear what each team is working on and how you can get involved.
